Opencall magazine is an upcoming new printed bilingual (polish - english) magazine that aims to enable young artists (photographers, musicians, fashion designers, young independent brands, conceptual artists, sculptors, painters, graphic artists and other creators) to present their works to a wider audience in Poland, London and Milan. We know how difficult it is to get your work published in the press in Poland. We have met with a hermetically closed environment which does not allow new 'fresh' names. In west European countries magazines for artists based on open call and submissions are common. In Poland, there is no such platform, and the demand for such initiatives is huge. This is the reason why we decided to start this project. We have been supported by famous polish actress Roma Gasiorowska, fashion photographers' duo Kulesza & Pik, journalist and TV presenter Lukasz Radwan, professor and famous photographer Andrzej Zygmuntowicz, art historian, artist and lecturer at University of Warsaw, Piotr Janowczyk, art curator and art gallery owner in Milan Stefania Carrozzini and now we need your help!
MISSION
Our mission is to find undiscovered talents and help to promote their artworks. We believe that we have gifted artists in the country and you know what? We want to show them to the world!
WHERE?
The magazine will be distributed in the biggest cities in Poland, in Milan and London. We are still looking for more partners abroad because we would like polish young art to conquer Europe and european hearts ;) You'll find us in art galleries, book stores, showrooms, auction houses, boutiques, on cultural events and art faires.
We'd like the first issue to be free. This is why we need your help!

Every issue will take the form of open recruitment for artists - open call. We are open to all creative creators who have the courage to reach for their dreams. The only thing the artist has to do is just send us the artwork. We do not favor anyone - it does not matter if you create in your own basement or in a large studio ... You know what? We focus on creativity! It's time to show Polish artists to the world! We are open to creators of all sorts - not only photographers, also stylists, illustrators, painters, graphic designers, travelers, sculptors, performers and more and more.
SUBMISSION
For the first issue we got more than 300 artists' submissions, they were divided in categories - photography, fashion, music, travel and visual art. We got support from experienced experts - fashion photographers' duo Kulesza & Pik, journalist and TV presenter Lukasz Radwan, professor and famous photographer Andrzej Zygmuntowicz, art historian, artist and lecturer at University of Warsaw, Piotr Janowczyk, art curator and art gallery owner in Milan Stefania Carrozzini
WHAT WE ALREADY DID?
We've got over 300 submissions during the first open call! For the cover story of the first issue we took a photo shoot with the winner of Britain's Next Top Model UK - beautiful Lauren Lambert. The set was held in the marble mountains in Italy. We have a wonderful team that creates Opencall magazine with passion, commitment and non-profit! We finished the translations and layout, so we are ready to print :)
WHAt WE NEED THE MONEY FOR?
We need to pay for printing and distribution of the first issue - in Poland, Milan, London. Our goal is 1000 copies, but if we raise more money we will be able to get to more places, organise more promoting events and show young artists to the world.
WHAT WE OFFER IN RETURN?
ARTISTS
We enable polish creators to publish their works in the homeland and abroad. We know how important it is and how much it impacts their artistic careers. We promote Poland and Poles. We enable contact with potential buyers and art galleries in Poland and abroad.
DONORS
We offer unique prizes such as: a private image photo session prepared by the Opencall team, special works created individually for donors or prints of wonderful works created by talented artists honored by our experts.
WHO ARE WE?
Artists, students of artistic faculties, graduates of marketing studies, experts in Italian language, experienced photographers ... Each of us is different, our passions complement each other. Some of us got to know each other in Milan, some in Poland. We are young people with big ambitions, heads full of ideas, energy to explore the world. Meet us, we introduce ourselves in hashtags:
