WHO WE ARE:
The band Lazy Swingers Band was formed in 2016 and from the very beginning is associated with the Krakow community of Lindy Hop dancers. It is made up of professional musicians, fascinated by music and swing culture. Over the years, the band has played at the most important Lindy Hop festivals in Poland and abroad (Dragon Swing Festival, Retro Weekend Summer's End, Transwingvania Lindy Exchange, Lindy Hop Non Stop, Silesia Swing Festival, Seaside Swing Affair), and at concerts, events and jazz festivals (such as Summer Jazz Festival). The team was founded by Filip Presseisen and works with the support of the Krakow organization KMiTa Swing.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The enormous joy of playing together and the mass of positive energy that comes back to us at every concert does not let us stand still! That's why we want to go a step further: we dream about sharing this great energy through the recordings we've made and moving you into the golden age of swing!
We are not asking you for donations, we only offer a limited edition of the album and gadgets related to the band: t-shirts, badges, stickers. For larger amounts of support, we offer you private vocal lessons, or learn to play instruments, record a song with a special video dedication, and even the opportunity to book a band concert at a promotional price.
ABOUT THE CD ALBUM:
The album will feature 13 tracks, prepared not only for connoisseurs of jazz music, but also for dancers. We hope that they will be played at all kinds of dances or dance festivals.
The songs we chose for the album will have a varied tempo, able to satisfy the dancers at every level, so you will be able to dance to them not only Lindy Hop, but also Shag, Balboa, Charleston.
On the CD you will find swing hits from such masters as Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington or Count Basie, songs from the repertoire of Ella Fitzgerald, but also lesser-known jazz pearls.
We are pleased to announce that the album will also feature two original songs, including "Crack the beat" which already have been appreciated by the Polish scene of Lindy Hop.
WHAT WE ASK FOR:
Works on the album are already underway. After 3 months of intense rehearsals, we started recording. The amount of PLN 13,000 will provide us with the opportunity to pay for: studio rent, mix and mastering, disc release (graphic design, stamping and printing) and commissions for the odpalprojekt.pl portal and all taxes.
WHAT IF WE DO NOT GET A FULL AMOUNT?
Albums and other rewards will certainly go to your hands, but we will need much more time to prepare them. However, we will do our best to make it happen as soon as possible. However, your support is crucial! Each amount brings us closer to the goal.
WHAT IF WE WILL GET MORE THAN WE EXPECT?
If it happens that we collect a larger amount, we will have the funds to increase the number of CDs, record a video clip or afford a professional photo session.
