If folk music and it's catchy melodies warms your heart, tougher sound of guitars makes nice shivers and faster heart beating, we are sure that you will enjoy our music!

WHO WE ARE?

Seven musical personalities which bring to the band their own, individual feeling of the folk music. Our music`s character stands on melodic compositions, heavy guitar riffs and poetic lyrics. A common “heavy” instrumentarium is enriched with sounds violin, hurdy-gurdy, flute, piano or sopilka (traditional Ukrainian chromatic flute). Cronica band has not only original but the interpretation of well-known, folk songs and melodies as well. We would like to offer you a journey, not just like any others. We wish to take you through the way of tales, old ancient passages, darkness and secrets of the distant past.

We wish to take you into the Middle Ages, into the world of myths and legends, times of philosophy, beliefs and fears of Slavs, Vikings and other fascinating peoples of Europe.

- Pol'and'Rock Festival 2019 - the largest music festival in Poland, Viva Kultura Stage

- support of the world-renowned band Arkona

- SWAR Festival of Slavs near Ślęża

- regular concerts during Folk Metal Night Events

- support of: Grai (RU), Niburta (HU), Satana Kozel (RU), E-AN-NA (RO), Lagerstein (AU) and many others

We have several years of experience gained during numerous concerts, gigs, festivals, medieval, historical-reenactment events, student and company events in Poland and abroad.

OUR PLANS

Our work on the concept of the album are nearly finished. Our ambition is to issue a new album next year. We desire to issue another album. An album release is a costly affair, it requires both professional producer and recording studio. This venture itself, is beyond our reach. We can do it only, if you give us a hand! Every PLN counts and we are more than grateful for your help.

The entire collected funds will be allocated to cover costs of the recording studio, mix and mastering of the music, release of 1000 CDs.
